PURCHASING
Purchase of our products through this Website must comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Promise® reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse any order submitted through the Website. Product prices, payment, estimated delivery times and delivery details are displayed on the Website and subject to changes. Whilst Promise® endeavors to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the products will arrive as per the stated delivery times.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details you have provided us are correct and complete and that all ordering or registration details contain your correct name, address and other requested details You must ensure that your credit or debit card used to purchase the products have sufficient funds to cover the costs of any product purchased. Promise® reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details prior to providing you with the products.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices may be changed before an order is placed. Delivery costs and local applicable taxes will be incorporated in your order and are not included in the product prices.
Promise® reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse any order submitted through the Website. If your order is accepted by Promise®, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you have provided us with. The order will give you an estimated delivery date. Once the Order is acceptable and submitted it cannot be changed or canceled.
All purchases through this website are subject to the terms of the Shipping and Returns Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Canceling orders must be done in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of 5741 -1981.
In this respect, each product contain a sample to try before you use. If you don't like the sample, please re-wrap the products and ship it back to Promise at your cost. In return you will be fully refunded once the product has arrived safely, unopened and in its original packaging.

DELIVERY POLICY
Promise® will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which it deems suspicious or illegal according to the applicable law. Should you feel that the products you ordered do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process your order and send the products out. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products, or products that have been delivered to an incorrect address. If an item is out of stock, Promise® will endeavor to contact you as soon as we possibly can.
Products ordered received by Promise ® on Friday or Saturday, the above mentioned 7 working days will start on the following Sunday
If the ordered product is not received within 10 working days from the order date we need to be notified immediately, otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item.
SECURE PAYMENT POLICY
All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately with the Bank. The payment page is hosted by the bank and secured with PCI DSS L1 encryption. The card details you enter are safe because it is not stored or cached by Promise® - but entered directly into the banking system. You will receive an instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline before being returned to the Website.
